He talks about the importance of making policies which help minorities, in our survey we asked if people thought that income inequality affect minorities, the answer had tendency on minorities having to go through the problem of discrimination, due to their current social situation. This action impacts on the nation creating obstacles on the economic cycle of the whole, this may refer that policies are essential to decrease this problem
